A life-long musician, Mike is a founding member of The Metroplexers.  At an early age, he started playing the family organ, then trumpet, then synthesizers.  Well known in the late 1980s in the Austin music scene, his keyboards & vocals now help to fill-out the band’s sound.  When the band's line-up changed in 2009, he taught himself to play harmonica to add to the band as well!

Mike has a stellar reputation as a Mobile DJ for more than 30 years and also acts as the band’s Master of Ceremonies.  When he is not playing with the band, you can sometimes catch Mike hosting other live entertainment events both public and private.  He lives in Richardson with his wife and is a full-time entertainer.
